Make this air fryer peach crumble for a healthy single dessert. Soft, juicy and warm, it tastes like the classic summer dessert.

Can you air fry peaches? Absolutely.

It's stone fruit season and the peaches are as ripe and sweet as they'll ever be. Peach crumble is a classic summer dessert and I'm here with the BEST single serve recipe. These air fryer peaches are soft and warm with a buttery oat crumble topping. Similar to grilled peaches, you can think of them like an air fryer peach cobbler!

You don't need a crowd to enjoy this recipe. Whip them up for a casual weeknight dessert, just for yourself. It's single serve, so no sharing required!

Why This Dietitian Loves This Recipe

Here's why you need to make air fryer peaches:

    1. Simple ingredients. There are only 6 ingredients, and you likely have them stocked in your pantry.
    2. Lower sugar. Thanks to the natural, luscious sweetness of peaches, there's only 1 teaspoon of added sugar per serving!
    3. Quick and easy. You'll be able to whip up this dessert in under 15 minutes, for nights when you just need something sweet.

    Ingredients

Ingredients including oats, honey, peaches, coconut, cinnamon and butter.

    For the peaches:

    • Peaches
    • Butter
    • Cinnamon

    For the crumble:

    • Butter
    • Cinnamon
    • Honey
    • Oats
    • Shredded coconut

    Instructions

Preheat your air fryer to 350 F.

    Dice up the peach.

In a small oven safe dish mix together peaches, butter and cinnamon.

In a small bowl, use a fork to combine oats, shredded coconut, softened butter, honey and cinnamon to form the crumble topping.

Sprinkle the crumble topping onto the peach filling.

Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the peaches are soft and the topping is golden brown.

    Substitutions and Variations

To make gluten-free: Use certified gluten-free oats.

To make dairy-free: Use vegan butter or coconut oil.

To make vegan: Use vegan butter or coconut oil. Swap the honey for maple syrup.

To make nut-free: This recipe is naturally nut-free.

*For a baked air fryer peach crisp variation: slice your peaches in half and gently cut out the pit. Combine butter and cinnamon and an even layer onto each half of the peaches. Gently press the crumble topping onto each half of the peach. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until peaches are soft! (for this variation your peaches must be the PERFECT amount of ripeness- not too soft and not too hard).

    Equipment

    • Air fryer

    Storage

I recommend eating air fryer peach crisp right away. You can store any leftovers in the fridge and reheat in the air fryer, however I find it tastes the best when it is fresh.

    Top Tip

The best part about this peach crisp is that you can customize it to meet your personal taste preferences! Looking for additional flavour? add in nutmeg and ground ginger to the filling. Wanting to add more sweetness? Add some honey or brown sugar into the filling as well.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Can I make this air fryer cobbler using any other fruit?

Yes! You can do the exact same thing with apples, I just recommend increasing the cook time to about 15 minutes to allow the apples to soften. Find the full recipe here.

Can I eat this for breakfast?

Yes you can! This is a great option to pair with some Greek yogurt or eggs for protein!

What do I serve with air fryer peach cobbler?

I personally love serving my air fryer peach crumble with ice cream, whipped cream or even vanilla yogurt!

Can I make this in the oven?

I have not personally tried, as the air fryer is much faster. I believe you should be able to follow the same directions and just baking in the oven at 350F for about 20 minutes.
