Ingredients
For the peaches:
1peach
1teaspoonbutter (or coconut oil)
¼ teaspooncinnamon
For the crumble:
2tablespoonoats
1tablespoonunsweetened shredded coconut
1tablespoonbuttersoftened (or coconut oil)
1teaspoonhoney
¼teaspooncinnamon
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 350 F.
Dice up the peach. In a small oven safe dish mix together peaches, butter and cinnamon.
In a small bowl, use a fork to combine oats, shredded coconut, softened butter, honey and cinnamon to form the crumble topping. Sprinkle the crumble topping onto the peach filling.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until your peaches are soft and the topping is golden brown.
Notes
*For air fryer peach halves variation: slice your peaches in half and gently cut out (or pull out) the pit. Combine butter and cinnamon and brush an even layer onto each half of the peaches. Gently press the crumble topping onto each half of the peach. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until peaches are soft!
