Ingredients
Apple Filling
1applediced
½tablespoonbutter or coconut oil
2teaspoonmaple syrup
1teaspooncorn starch
1teaspooncinnamon
1teaspoonlemon juice
Crisp Topping
1tablespoonbutter or coconut oilsoftened
½tablespoonmaple syrup or sugar
3tbsp oats
2tablespoonoat flour (or all purpose flour)
1teaspooncinnamon
½tablespoonunsweetened coconut flakes optional
½tablespoonchopped walnutsoptional
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 360°F.
In a small bowl mix together topping ingredients until a dough forms, set aside
In a separate bowl, mix together your filling ingredients and stir until apples are fully coated.
Pour your apple filling into a small oven safe dish. Evenly spread the crisp topping over the apples. Air fry for about 10-12 minutes or until the top begins to brown (all air fryers are different so start watching at 10 minutes!
Top with ice cream and more apples and enjoy
