Ingredients
2medium apples
1tablespooncoconut oilmelted
2tablespoonmaple syrup
½teaspooncinnamon
¼teaspoonnutmeg
¼teaspoonginger
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375F.
Dice apples into 1 inch cubes.
To a medium mixing bowl, add diced apples, melted coconut oil, maple syrup and spices and stir to evenly coat the apples.
Add apples to the basket of your air fryer and bake for 12-15 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
