My BBQ Grilled Chicken Wrap is an easy balanced lunch full of flavour. Perfectly grilled chicken and veggies wrapped in a tortilla!

Ingredients
For the chicken:
2boneless skinless chicken breastsuncooked
1tablespoonolive oil
½teaspoonpaprika
¼teaspoononion powder
½teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoonoregano
⅛teaspoondried cayenne pepper
For the wraps:
2 10inchlarge burrito sized whole wheat tortillas
¼cupplain 0% Greek yogurt
¼cuplow sugar BBQ sauce
2cupscoleslaw mixI recommend using broccoli slaw
¼cupcilantro
1green onionfinely sliced
1cupcheddar cheeseshredded (divided)
1cupromaine lettucechopped
6slicesof tomatoes
Instructions
To cook your chicken:
Preheat the grill or use a grill pan over medium- high heat.
Flatten the chicken breasts to ensure they are an even thickness all around .Coat chicken in the olive oil and rub with spices until fully coated. Place the seasoned chicken on the grill or pan. Cook on both sides until the chicken is cooked through (the internal temperature of the center of the chicken must read at least 165F.
Allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
To make the wraps:
In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken breast, greek yogurt,, bbq sauce, coleslaw mix, cilantro, green onion and ½ of the cheddar cheese. Mix well.
To assemble the wraps- add a layer of romaine lettuce leaves to the center of each wrap. Top with half of the filling in each wrap along with 3 slices of tomatoes. Finish by sprinkling the remaining cheddar cheese.
Wrap up the tortilla by folding in the sides, bringing the bottom flap up and continuing to roll, gently pressing down to ensure the wrap is tight, slice in half and enjoy.
Notes
