In a blender or food processor combine all oat base ingredients and blend until smooth.
Grease a small oven safe dish.
Pour oat base batter into the dish and set aside.
In a small bowl, prepare the crumble topping by combining ingredients and stirring with a fork until a crumble forms.
Evenly spread the crumble topping over the oat based batter.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top of the oats begins to brown.
Carefully remove form oven, allow to cool and top with a little milk or cream!
