Ingredients
2cups2% cottage cheese500g container
1cupfruit of choice
1-3tablespoonhoneydepending on sweetness preference
Optional:
2teaspoonvanilla extract
1.5medium bananasfor a creamier texture
Instructions
In a high powered blender or food processor, add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
Once smooth, pour the cottage cheese mixture into a freezer friendly container with a lid. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or until frozen.
Run an ice cream scoop under warm water to help scoop out your ice cream and enjoy!
