6cupsromaine or iceberg lettuce
½red onionthinly sliced

Creamy Italian Dressing
⅓cupolive oil

3tablespoonred wine vinegar

Instructions
In a large bowl combine salad ingredients.
Whisk together dressing ingredients, add salt, black pepper and red pepper flakes and adjust taste to desired preference.
Drizzle dressing over salad and toss to combine.
