2tablespoonoat flour (all-purpose flour also works)
1teaspooncinnamon
Berry Filling
1cupberries of choicefrozen or fresh
¼cupwalnutschopped (optional)
½tablespoonbutter or coconut oilsoftened
½tbsp maple syrup, honey or sugar
½teaspooncinnamon
sprinkle ofground ginger
1teaspooncornstarch
Instructions
In a small bowl mix together topping ingredients until a crumble forms, set aside.
In a separate small microwave safe dish combine berry filling ingredients and stir.
Carefully spread the topping over the berry filling. Microwave for about 2-3 minutes until top is a little crispy and filling looks cooked (start watching carefully at 1 min 30 seconds as every microwave is different).
Carefully remove form microwave (it will be hot!) and top with ice cream
