Ingredients
2.5cupsunsweetened oat milk625g
1teaspoonvanilla extract4.2g
1 -2tablespoonmaple syrup20-40g
2tablespooncocoa powder14.5g
½teaspooncinnamon1.5g
pinchof sea salt
1scoopchocolate protein powderoptional
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a medium pot and whisk to combine.
Continue whisking periodically until the hot chocolate is steaming (don’t let it burn!).
Pour into mugs and top with marshmallows (vegan if necessary), dairy free whipped cream or a light dusting of cocoa powder.
