Ingredients
2medium frozen bananas
⅓cupplain Greek yogurt
1cupmilk of choice
1teaspoonvanilla extract
4chocolate sandwich cookiesOreos
1tablespoonchia seeds
2scoops vanilla protein powder
½teaspoonsweeteneroptional- sugar, maple syrup or honey
Whipped creamoptional for topping
Cookie crumbsoptional for topping
Instructions
Blend frozen banana, yogurt, milk, chia seeds, chocolate sandwich cookies, protein powder and sweetener (if using) to your blender and blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into two glasses, garnish with whipped cream and additional cookie crumbs and serve.
