Peanut butter banana popsicles are sweet, cooling, and perfect for a hot summer day. Keep a batch in the freezer for a fast healthy snack!

Ingredients
⅓cuppeanut butter
¾cupplain Greek yogurt
2medium bananas
1tablespoonhoney
¼cupmilk
1cupchocolate chipsmelted
½cupcrushed peanuts for coating
Instructions
In a high powered blender combine peanut butter, Greek yogurt, bananas, honey and milk and blend until smooth.
Pour into silicone popsicle molds (recipe will make 4-6 depending on the size of the mold). Place a popsicle stick into each mold and freeze for 3-5 hours (or until fully set).
Once frozen, remove popsicles from the mold, dip into the melted chocolate and sprinkle with crushed peanuts.
Place in the freezer for about 5-10 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden and enjoy!
