My Spicy Peanut Tuna Wrap is a delicious take on a classic lunch. It's bursting with flavour, protein and fibre for a balanced meal!

Ingredients
2cans flaked albacore tunain water
¼cuppeanut butter
¼cuplow sodium soy sauce
2teaspoonsriracha sauce
2teaspoonhoney
Juice of 1 lime
4tablespooncilantrochopped
2heaping cups coleslaw mix
¼cupunsalted peanuts chopped
2x8 inch whole wheat tortillas
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, peanut butter, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, honey and lime juice.
Stir in cilantro, coleslaw mix and chopped peanuts.
Add half of the mix to the center of an 8 inch tortilla. Add any other toppings you would like (ie. spring mix, additional cilantro, red peppers etc.). Repeat with the remaining filling.
