Ingredients
2.5cupsspinach
1.5cupswater
½cuporange juice
1cupfrozen mango
1medium orangepeeled
2tablespoonchia seeds
⅓ cuphemp seeds
1inchfresh gingergrated (about ½ tsp)
½cupice cubes
Instructions
Blend spinach with water and orange juice until smooth.
Once blended, add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy.
